Program summary
Prairie Donair offers customers the option to receive an itemized receipt by text message after placing an order. Customers may opt in either at a self-serve kiosk or by request at the counter. This is a transactional service only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages to numbers collected through this program.

Kiosk opt-in
After completing an order at a Prairie Donair self-serve kiosk, the customer is shown an optional receipt screen. The customer may enter their mobile number and tap to confirm. Consent language, message frequency, rate disclosure, and opt-out instructions are displayed on that screen before the number is submitted. Entering a number is entirely optional — customers may decline and take a printed receipt instead.

Opt-in method 2 · Verbal
Counter opt-in
At Prairie Donair locations with staffed point-of-sale terminals, a team member may offer a text receipt at the end of the order. The customer provides their mobile number verbally and the team member enters it into the POS. Team members are trained to read a standard disclosure before collecting the number. Customers who decline receive a printed receipt. Numbers are not collected unless the customer affirmatively agrees.

If the customer agrees, enter their mobile number into the POS receipt field.
If the customer declines or does not answer, print the receipt. Do not enter a number.

Privacy
Mobile numbers collected for the receipt program — whether entered by the customer at a kiosk or provided verbally at the counter — are used solely to deliver the receipt for that transaction. We do not sell, rent, or share these numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Numbers are transmitted to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of sending the message.
